Our story
Teaching has always been my calling. I've dedicated my life to fostering learning, inclusivity, and creativity.
At The Bright Spot, my goal is to inspire others to build community and find joy in learning, just as I have throughout my lifetime.
As a lifelong educator and mother to two creative children, inclusion is at the heart of everything I do. My daughter, who has Down Syndrome, has taught me the profound importance of making everyone feel welcome and supported.
At The Bright Spot, we strive to create an environment where everyone can thrive and accomplish great things together.

A Place to Shine
The Bright Spot was born from a desire to create a welcoming place where everyone could come to play, learn, and create together.
Inspired by my own journey and the challenges from the global pandemic, I knew I wanted to build a space that fills hearts and brings people together in a nurturing environment.
Since 2021, we've been doing just that in our beloved Lexington community.
